This is not your every day cardio program. If you are looking to build some lean muscle while burning fat, this is a great program for you!
The objective of the sweat programs is not to go as fast as you can but to keep a constant pace with minimal rest times. Our focus is to use weights and tempos to create tension on muscles for long periods of time. We want muscles to burn and that full body fatigue, not just sweat!
The equipment needed for this program are things that are easily accessable for home workouts; dumbbells and resistance bands.
These workouts should take less than 60 minutes to complete. The goal is effeciency so you can continue on with your busy day.
